VIP Limousine provides you with a tailor-made service.

Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Limousine Luxury and any individual or legal entity making a reservation for transportation services through the website limousineluxury.fr.

Reservations and Services

  • Clients may book transportation services via limousineluxury.fr or by phone.
  • Details of services, including prices and specific conditions, are available on the website.

Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in euros and include applicable taxes.
  • Payment is made by bank payment link or credit card. Reservations are confirmed only after payment is received.

Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • Clients may cancel or modify a reservation under the conditions specified at the time of booking.
  • Limousine Luxury reserves the right to charge cancellation fees according to its current policy.

Responsibility of Limousine Luxury

Limousine Luxury undertakes to provide high-quality transportation services but cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

Privacy and Personal Data

Limousine Luxury collects and processes client data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the website.

Complaints and Disputes

  • Clients should contact Limousine Luxury as soon as possible in the event of a complaint.
  • If no amicable solution is reached, disputes will be handled by the competent courts under applicable law.

Amendments to the GTC

Limousine Luxury reserves the right to amend these terms. Modifications will take effect once published on the website.

Payment Conditions

  • Payments are accepted by credit card only. Passenger transport or concierge services booked through the platform can only be paid by card.
  • After the ride, the fare will be automatically charged by Limousine Luxury on behalf of the driver.
  • If insufficient funds are available, the user must add credit within one week. Accounts remain blocked until outstanding fares are paid.
  • Users may link multiple cards; if the preferred card fails, other linked cards may be charged.
  • Cancellation fees apply if the user cancels more than 5 minutes after driver assignment or fails to appear at the agreed time and place.
  • Promotional rides and rewards may be offered but can be withdrawn at any time if fraud is suspected.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers; Limousine Luxury is not responsible for their errors.
  • All payments charged are non-refundable.

Driver’s Mandate

The driver acts as an agent on behalf of the user and/or recipient for concierge services.

Reservation Requests

Users must provide all necessary details for requested concierge services. If unclear, and after two failed attempts to clarify, the reservation may be canceled with fees.

Pickup and Purchase of Goods

The driver will collect goods at the pickup location. If purchases are required, the driver is not obligated to use a specific merchant unless otherwise instructed. Reservations may be canceled if merchants are closed.

Delivery of Goods

The driver delivers goods to the agreed delivery location. If the recipient is unavailable, goods may be left at the company’s office for later collection.

Partial Cancellations

If part of a multi-pickup booking must be canceled, no cancellation fees apply for that portion.

User and Recipient Availability

Users and recipients must be reachable during services. If the recipient differs from the user, prior consent must be obtained to share necessary contact details.

Consumer Rights

Legal consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms. Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours.

Applicable Fees

  • Transportation Fees: Calculated based on the applicable chauffeur service rate.
  • Transaction Fees: May apply for processing payments.
  • Cancellation Fees: Charged for late cancellations or violations of conditions.
  • Intermediary Role: Limousine Luxury acts only as an intermediary and is not directly responsible for losses caused by drivers or merchants.
  • Driver Liability: Any claims against drivers must be made directly with them, not Limousine Luxury.
  • Limited Liability: Limousine Luxury limits liability for user actions, device theft, network failures, equipment damage, and concierge-related losses.
  • Total Liability Cap: Limousine Luxury’s total liability for concierge services is capped at €20 or the lowest applicable amount.
